Millions of players play this game without this issues. Before you accuse someone else, have you ever considered that the problem could maybe be on YOUR side of the system ?

As a subscriber I had a free lvl 60 token and I used that one. Today i bought a new one on the cartel market for 2000 CC, but I cannot find it anywhere in my inventory or anywhere else. The create character screen says also that I have zero lvl 60 characters left. Anyone had this problem too ?
