  1. Wow you guys really sound like you are getting paid for writing these posts.. Maybe make it a little less obvious?
  2. According to the launcher the new patch will be delivered to european servers during our Primetime without any forewarning time. When i last checked yesterday night there wasn´t any message and now they plan a 4 hour maintenance from 3pm - 7pm??? Right when most people coming home from work will want to log on? Without any word of apology or compensation for the constantly bad patchtimes for the EU region? Is it just me or are they really trying to test the limits of what their userbase is accepting before calling harrassment?
  3. well for once they probably don´t want to do hi-res textures because they have to redo a lot of them to some extend because they seem to have cut quite a few corners: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/265/mirrormirror.jpg/ republic fleet for example uses imperials reflection mapping as you can see, when you put force the LOD to render in high detail

After fiddling around with the LOD settings of my drivers because of the atrocious muddy textures i found this fun little thing: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/265/mirrormirror.jpg/ Apparently all space stations are imperial by heart, even the republic ones as they all use the same reflection map, the one from the imperial fleet as you can see clearly by the imperial flags hanging around everywhere No wonder now that they blurred it up so much that we wouldn´t notice. gg

Since nowadays we can only induce change by voting with out wallet and i believe we can make them change when they see subs drop because of the issues that should be obvious when reading the forums or talking to people ingame. Gonna enjoy my last 9 days ingame as best as i can but cancelled my subscription for now, gonna sit it out for a few months to see if things change. Here´s my farewell letter to bioware, both through ingame ticket aswell as in their little subcancel survey: Hopefully all of you going thorugh with this aswell will be nice and concise about it why you are cancelling aswell or at least raise your voices to the customer support if you are not willing to cancel.
