Soooooo, my PT tank - who has had Jet Charge since level 30 - will forgot how to charge, lose the ability, and have to level up to relearn it come expansion time? I don't understand...

Also, yes, how does the empire even have everyday citizens and soldiers? Why would anyone join up when they're just as likely to be stabbed in the face by any random sith - their supposed leaders - as not? Why would anyone have loyalty to that kind of system?

My problem with the Sith is the fact that they don't even seem to understand their own code. Nowhere in there does it say "murder everyone ever and kick puppies in the face because it's fun." I don't really understand where that came from, other than Bioware trying really hard to make Sith the "bad guys"...

Diagnosis: unlucky then? That's a shame. Ah well, I'll keep trying. Or should I say, keep going broke?

I asked around and searched and found nothing helpful so here I am Lately I've been unable to get gift fragments from any of my mission skills. I've been spamming Diplomacy, Treasure Hunting and Underworld Trading across multiple characters but haven't seen a single one for the past day or two. I can't be certain, but I think this may have started after the last patch which led me to think it may be a bug. Anyone else having this problem or am I just getting super unlucky?
