*BUMP* It's unbeleivable the game will eat up all the RAM to the extent there isn't enough left to shut the game down properly (having to do a Hard shutdown of the PC isn't a good thing in my opinion). It's a nice idea to not have to reload an area twice in the same day, but couldn't a limit of 70% RAM been set and then offload, unlike the 96% I'm experiencing evertime I play the game?

PVE servers are for the scaredy cats who don't like a bit of action while they play the game No...seriously.... The play style is the same, and many people on PVP servers also get to endgame and then focus on PVE. It's all a matter of personal choice. I personally prefer a PVP server because it gives me an extra adrenaline rush when i get surprised by the other faction whilst questing. For me, that makes the game more exciting and fun I don't get the feeling of being 'ganked' as many people talk about, as I try to put up the best fight I can. If I keep losing the fights, then I just log an alt and go my merry way (until I get an alt that can win the fight .... thats when its my turn ) I tried playing PVE servers in other games, but found that lack of adrenaline rush made it somewhat boring, and purely a gear grind. As I said, it's all a matter of taste. Hope this helps

I was there sitting in the queue for the RIFT release. Waited 2-3 hours in the queue, so far as I can remember. Got disconnected a couple during that time and rejoined that back of the queue after re-logging. That wasn't exactly an improvement over today. Was also locked on the Log-in page during the wait, so couldn't do anything else with the PC. Also not an improvement. And now comes the big 1. Imagine being stuck in a queue for this Log-in, not being able to do anything else but look at a login page saying: YOU ARE 564,531 IN THE QUE, ESTIMATED WAIT TIME: 3 DAYS, 15HOURS and 36MINUTES

Can't read this and not flame Where do you come from?.....is it 1 of those places I have been on holiday where the word queue cannot be translated? I followed Star Wars since 1977 (probably others here who read the books before then, I didn't until after seeing the film). But I don't think that entitles me to jump the queue. "Upto five days" does not mean including.... it could mean 1 minute of those five days:p queue    [kyoo] noun, verb, queued, queu·ing. a file or line, especially of people waiting their turn.
