  1. I played a juggernaut since pre 1.0 beta. I then pvp'ed as rage jug since 1.0 -2.0 and skipped 3.0 Now that I came back for 4.0, i figure why not play rage again. To my surprise, I feel like a bullet train while playing it. Nothing stands in my way... It's so unfair for everyone else, /end rant.
  2. how about those legacy buffs, I really don't wanna level more alts just for the buff~~, is there an official faq page for this?

  4. adding new mechanic is a plus, but enrage timer is still needed to weed out the lazy ones. they can change the enrage timer from increase damage taken to something else like an enrage mechanic where if you don't kill x boss within 6 min, random stuff is gonna overwhelm everyone gradually and eventually wipe the group.
  5. well I feel heroic after I killed a boss that took skill and dedication and not LOLpewpew afk through it like the rest of the normal mode. The moment your heart gets pumped, you know it's heroic, not just the stuf hapening in the background (which I absolutely love the background atmosphere). The luck part of the encounter must've been bug, and I think bioware is fixing. The game is one week old, give it a break.
  6. I want to tank a star destroyer type thing. I want it to be so big that I can only see the toe, literally. welll not that big, but big enough.
  7. To check enrage, there is a red portrait next to the regular blue and yellow portrait buff. It sneaks up on you. The boss doesn't turn red or anything, you just die really fast. If it's around 30%, meaning you lack dps. If it's bugged, you'll die within the first min of encounter, not after you get it to 30% after a series of same mechanic. (especially if you didn't even come anywhere close to the lightning, rock throwing phase).
  8. 1, good dps beats enrage timer. learn to play your class or you don't deserve purple loot. 2, you already beat the mechanic first time around, hardmode is there for a reason... so it feels hard. 3. encounter lasts more than 6 min is a waste of time. We only live once, let's do more in less time. 4. You might argue point 3 and say wipe = more waste of time, well do better and one shot it everytime afterward. 5. I personally thought the game is easy until I tank my hardmode flash. I finally see potentiall end game. Nothing is hard unless it's bugged. Try harder please instead of making the game easier. Then you gonna have bunch of people complaining the game is too easy and blahblah gw2, arrow to the knee. 6. stop being lazy, figure stuf out, like dps rotation, stun rotation, tank position, healing priority, itemization in accordin to talent spec etc etc. It's the fun part of mmo.
  9. 1. It's only the first week after launch, wait for people to catch up. 2. Raid without a lockout becomes a job, and it'll burn people out quicker. 3. Not everyone is a hardcore raider. 4. loot lockout is even worse since people raid for loot, I rather get door lock than do stuff without any reward. 5. "loot" is the top incentive for the endgame, what if everyone gets geared out on the first month, and then what. 5. Raid lockout makes u hungry for more raid next week. 6. leading a raid is not the only way to help guildies out, help them gear out for raid while waiting for raid lock out. Do pvp hard flash or something. I favor raid lockout
  10. Then it is enrage timer if it's around 35%. The enrage buff can sneak up on you when u least notice, especially if the boss one shot tank. Other wise do chain interrupt rotation. Things happen for a reason. Either bioware fix this or you need better dps.

  13. cross server lfg is intented to match up low pop server with high pop server so the q time for dungeon and the ratio of tank+haler in a group is spread out evenly. IE:lfm 1 tank for w/e in a low pop server does sucks. So as long as all the servers are equally full to some extent, there is no need for a cross server. especially with 4 person team and abundant of tank spec classes that can switch spec on the go.
