When running missions, is there a penalty for having someone who is much higher level in your party? For example, if you're running a level 25 mission with three people who are 24 and one who is 35, will the 24s get any experience, or is it all relative to the highest level person? If so, is there an optimal range for parties to make sure you don't penalize lower level players?
If this has been asked and previously answered before, I apologize. It's early in the morning, I can't find a search forums feature, I only searched the first couple of pages, and I'm really tired and should be in bed.
