  1. Updated and logged on about an hour ago and the Emperors Slots were not working for me either. I acknowledge the following could be RNG, but given the update to the Kingpin machines I just wanted to check. With the Good Samaritan Buff I used 28 Kingpin tokens and did not get one prize. My token return rate from the spins was about 1/3 my previous average as well. Has anyone else noticed this as well?
  2. Good evening. I am not a regular user of the forums so if this is posted in the incorrect place please accept my apologies in advance. It appears the Customer Support Forums are no longer in existence. I have a question regarding the Support Process. I initiated a ticket earlier today regarding a character stuck in the terrain. The "/stuck" command, using quick travel, etc. does not free the character. Within moments of logging into the character or typing in the /stuck command (or any other action) I get an immediate server disconnect. After submitting my ticket I did not receive a confirmation email or anything acknowledging my ticket was properly in the queue. Is this normal and, if so, generally how long is the wait time for something like this being resolved? Is there an escalation process or visibility into ticket status? Thank you.
  3. Good afternoon, I have searched for a consolidated list of the proposed changes in 1.2. I could not find anything in the Developer Blog (though there was an overview video of the legacy system), the Test Center, or the Developer Tracker. I would think consolidated information is posted somewhere on the site but I have not been able to find it. Where is everyone getting their Official information on the proposed changes in 1.2? I may have a search "challenge"... Thank you.
