Good evening. I am not a regular user of the forums so if this is posted in the incorrect place please accept my apologies in advance. It appears the Customer Support Forums are no longer in existence.
I have a question regarding the Support Process. I initiated a ticket earlier today regarding a character stuck in the terrain. The "/stuck" command, using quick travel, etc. does not free the character. Within moments of logging into the character or typing in the /stuck command (or any other action) I get an immediate server disconnect. After submitting my ticket I did not receive a confirmation email or anything acknowledging my ticket was properly in the queue.
Is this normal and, if so, generally how long is the wait time for something like this being resolved? Is there an escalation process or visibility into ticket status?
