Yes, I have been having these lag spikes intermittently. It has happened on two different computers at two different locations so I know it's not the computer or just that one connection.

I'm in south Louisiana and am getting the same thing. I know it's not my PC because I've played on two different computers at two different locations and have it on both of them. One ISP for one location is Cox and the other is Spectrum.

I agree 100%. I joined a server that a friend of mine started on at the beginning of early access which is now inundated with a 40 minute or more queue. I don't have the time to wait that long to play so now my only option is to roll a new character on a lighter population server. So the time I've put into my first character is pretty much wasted. I'm getting seriously turned off of this game.
