You've got a point there about the easy to work with part, but this is a non realistic game so you really can't talk much about realism.

well won't this be more like WoW than...? eventually we will only have 1 universal(best) dps/tank spec. This is the reason why I quit WoW for SWTOR the numerous variations of viable specs for certain situations and preference.... Hybrid builds becoming obsolete is like a gigantic kill joy, it will demolish a person's own playstyle forcing them to go 1 build that everyone else have to go because "its the only viable dps/tank spec" to get the maximum output.
