  1. What do you recommend then?

Look at Friendlyhobo's post. Buy an i5 sandy, its the best bang for your buck. It has more than enough performance to run this game and costs less. In most tests the new generation i7's barely performed better than the i5 but cost twice as much or more.

If you really want performance out of this game don't waste your money on a high end processor. RAM and Video is where you gain the most performance from your machine, that is where you want to invest.

  2. Currently there are only 4 and we can't move them. Yes I saw where you guys are working on allowing us to move them, but I need more than 4. My companion takes up 1, then my abilities take up the other three and I have no more room for other stuff such as speeder bike, stims, mission items should I need to use them frequently, etc.

Give us at least 6 to work with.

  3. Lets takea step back here...

All I am saying is Eve has a great SPACE COMBAT system. And the size of the Eve Universe is huge. Does the story line for Eve suck? yes..

I am just talking about Space Combat and Space "interaction" (for use of a better term). Thats all..

Eve does not have a great space combat system. I've been playing it for years, I like the game, but would not call it's space combat great.

  4. Unless all items of say level 25 or higher are completely dependent on the player base making and providing them, like EVE or similar games, the "economy" of this game isn't ever really going to amount to much unless you are a high level character and farm boe items that you sell at the AH and that people are dumb enough to buy. It is very easy to acquire gear in this game simply by doing missions. There is little use in this game even having and AH, sad really.
  5. Customer Service?

I was unaware this game had customer service. I had an issue with my account and filed a ticket. I was sent a reply about 5 hours later that they couldn't handle my issue through these channels and I would have to call them by phone, they listed a number.

I called the number only to be told that due to high call volumes they can't take my call, please try back later. TRY BACK LATER? Really? This is the best you have. Even UO back in 1997 had a call center that would handle your call. Sure you might be on hold for an hour and half and I was prepared to wait that long, but you don't even have that. Sad, sad, sad.

So I tried back later for 2 days, and got the same old message. So I submitted another ticket, got the same response, submitted another one, got the same response. Finally after submitting 21 tickets they fixed my account 2 days later.

    Ya its pretty bad.

  6. Every single game that ANYBODY, even Blizzard, puts out on the market has a few glitches and bugs that are found after release or where even known about at the time of release. You will be hard pressed to find many games in this day and age that haven't been patched within the first 2 weeks to 1 month after release PC, Xbox, PS3 what have you.

It's just how these things are. With most games I usually wait until they are out for at least 2 months to allow for 2 patches before I will buy it and play it. With MMO's you would be waiting an eternity for patches to fix every bug and balance game play.
