Doing quite well, actually. 1.3 million active subs. Well above the typical MMO dropoff curve.
Now BioWare has their work cutout for them. If they want to do the atypical sub increase, they're going to have to get on the ball with server/transfers, endgame content, and appearances.
LOL this is like a real life version of The Emperor's New Clothes! 25% loss since the last report. People not counted? People that left because of missing features that were supposed to be in 1.2. What a beautiful robe your majesty!

That's completely subjective. I could say last night's supermoon was awesome, and you can retort with "Meh, mediocre." I could tell you that a massive solar flare just took out the planet Mercury, and that the resulting particle surge will take out all our satellites and cause auroras clear to the equator, and you can respond with "Meh, enjoy your mediocrity."Also, yes, you do get what you pay for. A whole 50 cents a day. I'd say we're actually get MUCH more than we pay for. It costs four times that just for a "mediocre" lunch every day.

people with this attitude. are the ppl that have their take-away turn up 1 hour late and cold. i wouldn't eat at a restaurant with this kinda of peson, coz you know your food will be spat in. they call up customer services F'ing and blinding, then wonder why nothing is fixed. i'd love to know what you get done? you really think your attitude will change the work practice of a comapany as big as EA and BW? coz the only change you will help make is this kinga change.

because in the real world. you talk to ppl like sh*t, you get treated like sh*t. you talk to some1 like a human and in general you find their happy to help. although i wonder do you really walk around with the attitude you portray, or do you just let the darkside come out when you have the protection of anonymity hiding behind you monitor?

People with your attitude are what is wrong with todays world. You accept the mediocre. Your entire post is completely backwards. People like me don't accept delivered food if it's cold. I treat people exactly how they deserve to be treated. If I pay for a service, no matter what it may be, I expect to get what I am paying for. I expect a company to deliver what they say they are going to deliver. Your interpetation of my get things done statement is very telling of your world view. With a company a big as BW I can't make a change by myself, I accept that. Thing is, it's not just me and that is what you are not seeing.
Yes, I really do walk around with this attitude. I don't need the protection of anonymity because of it. That's what make us different. I'm no sheep.
Enjoy your 56k connection while paying for cable. Enjoy your unlimitted data plan until you reach 2 gig. Enjoy being stomped on by every company you deal with for fear of them being too big to change. Enjoy your occupy protest sheep.

The thing about this thread is that the forums and mod posts are going to become like wows are now. They really only respond to "fun" or unimportant threads because of people like you.
Yes, asking were something is isn't bad in itself, but the constant BW bashing is going to make it so they don't post ANY info on upcoming things.
WOW did that at first, but then when something wasn't exactly like it was posted they were flamed for months about it.
Now they give just the most basic info and say that's what you get. I don't blame them. Why would anyone want to read 25 pages of the same people calling them idiots.
I have a grand idea, if you can do better and keep 100% of your customers happy put out your own game. I would gladly pay and play.
Sometimes things happen, deal with it. If you can't then there are always options for people like you.
Was I disappointed at some of the things that weren't EXACTLY like they said? Sure.
Am I going to be a baby and cry about it for months on end? No.
I going to play the hand I was dealt and hope for a better one next deal.

You're right there is an option for people like me and we are expressing it every day on these forums. Have a look around, if you can keep your head out of the sand long enough. How's the game doing so far?
If BW isn't able to implement a change, they should come out and say so. Be upfront about it. Not avoid questions on a game we pay to play. They knew exactly what they were doing. Do you take this treatment from all your service providers? No need to answer as I already know the answer. I take my business elsewhere.

There's a huge difference between "here's something we would like to do" and "here is what is coming in 1.2" followed up with conferences, videos, interviews, blogs and random postings hyping the crap out of the content they said they were adding to this patch. It's not me that needs to pull my head out, I'm seeing things quite clearly. It would have taken a simple statement like they did with rated warzones before they released the patch. Instead, they come up with some half arsed excuse and how long did it take to pry that out of them?

Lying implies malicious intent. I'm not so far gone as to assume that on the part of Bioware or the Devs. They have a lot that they still want to do with this game - and certain timeframes in which they have to try to implement everything, shoddily, or focus on certain things.
I have no trouble believing that some of said Devs have prioritized the schematics of which we speak. But as we all know, by now, 'they'll be done when they're done'. I'm content to wait for the time being, and save up my credits for re-gearing those item pieces as necessary.

Unless GZ specifically said "Underworld Trading" somewhere, and I missed it, it's not a "lie". Be reasonable. I'm not defending BioWare here, but c'mon, it is what it is.
This thread has all the quotes you need as to what BW said and wanted us to believe. I'm not going to relink them. Stop rationalizing, they flat out lied. There is no question about that.

Wow, you have some incredibly bad luck. My Synthweaver currently has 36 orange recipes learned from schems.
EDIT - Correction - 37 (just found one I didn't learn yet) as well as 9 more in the bank waiting for me to level up to 400. I know, I've been slacking.
And not a single one that didn't exist prior to 1.2 which is the reason for this thread.

Our guild has killed him on 8 Man Hardmode but you need 2x Gunslinger for bubble + Best prototype medpac in game.
If it wasnt for the fact you need 2x bubble, I would say dont nerf it ^^
You should not have said that. They will fix the stacking Slinger bubbles before they fix the boss.

after a long night of pvp. premade and solo, i ran into countless groups of healspam teams.
these teams didn't have the dps to down anyone quickly, but rather outlasted the entire opposing team through crosshealing,
last game i played was 3 dedicated healers and 3 off healer. and by off healer, i mean there are 3 dps specced sage/operatives that will spam their heals onto healer to keep them up in between AOE stunning the enemy team. unless you have a team full of geared out dps there is almost no way to focus all of the healers down while they sit there and chain heal each other around a node while spamming knockbacks, stuns, while their 2-3 dps run wild the whole match getting heals from 2-3 people at at ime because everybody is tossing hots out constantly.
something needs to happen.. either mitigate the healing done by a dps spec severely to make sure that there are no super hybrid healers running around cross healing just to outlast people. or **** it, nerf the healing even more. after all of the problems with overpowered healing, it is even more of a problem now with hybrid specs that will off heal healers on the side to keep them alive long enough for them to outlive your stuns/inturrupts in the fray. making it damn near impossible to kill any of them fast enough to make a difference.
anyone else run into this lately?
I'm near speechless about the notion that your "team" couldn't kill these 1.2 version of healers....in any number. You must be trollin.

The blame is on you only. Nobody from Bioware took over your mouse and clicked train on any crewskill. Nor did they keep you from switching at any point in time. Have a box of tissues for those teary eyes....you're welcome.

The stat bonus is tied to the armoring. He took that statement out of context. You can learn to make the shells through RE and they will not have set bonuses. Throw in the armoring and now they have the set bonus.

What is pathetic is when the teams only healer decides to quit and start farming medals before the game is already over. There is a problem with a healer gaining medals without contributing. You say he is defending? Great! Let him earn the defense medals, just like the rest of us!
