Is saying Up to 5 days advanced access missleading? On one hand it is correct english to imply that any amount from 0 to 5 is within the bounds of up to 5 days. On the other hand if the chance of it being 5 days is 0% then the statement becomes false. As there was no chance at all of ever hitting the max value. Many people who pre-ordered late feel that the implied promise of a chance for a full 5 days was a lie and thus are upset. The one part i don't understand is where this talk about only getting 1 day access is comming from. If i have read yellow posts correctly then the latest anyone would be getting in right now is friday. If thats the case is that not 4 days early?
