1. Energy Regen/Regain - In PVP and PVE it is extremely easy and fast to get really low on energy, espcially on encounters with multiple targets. Do I really need to be using Rifle Shot so much (I really dont know the answer to this..)
2. Increase overall Stealth level - As an Operative with talents in Infiltrator, i still find it is way too easy for players without talents in increased stealth detection to see us.
3. Sustained DPS - This is a tough subject without combat meters and I honestly don't know what you can do about it, but just my gut feeling in PVE is my DPS sucks, even on a good rotation.
I should not have to blow Cloaking Screen > HS, and get really lucky with Tactical Opportunity and Collatoral Strike to feel im doing "ok" DPS. We needed something for our PVE sustained DPS (longer fights) before the nerf...
Rant part - I definitely feel the "nerf" to our opening damage was needed especially when we were taking heavy armored players down so easily (even if they were geared). In all reality it probably shouldn't have been nerfed as hard as it was.
To all the OPs players that feel/say Ops are useless in PVP I definitely hear you but I disagree, playing Huttball especially I find myself more useful now than ever helping the ball carrier now that Hidden Strike with Jarring Strike doesnt fill the resolve bar to max.
Keep in mind we still have a root (Pin Down), Flash Bang, Debilitate, and Hidden Strike. Try to use all of those to your (or the ball carrier's) advantage.
With the nerf I can still top the dmg meters (in PVP) occasionally and still get good medals, I'm not even in full Champion gear, and only have some Columi gear.
Maybe they need to make Evicerate work in PVP... but that doesnt solve the feeling of lack of "sustained" DPS in PVE. Once again without combat logs it is hard if not impossible to analyze, but i'm sure some of you Operatives out there get the same "feeling" I do.
There alot of "other" shortcomings I didnt mention (such as a lack of gap closer) but I will end the rant here.
