I will check the other forum, but I am on line right now, from work, and I see light sabres that have no removal crystal that specify "requires light 1 or avove". Thanks for he response, but I am still confused about this.

People said the same thing abot WOW, and look at where that game is. It is currently taking a breath, but it will be back with the next update soon. The game is what you make of it. Nothing more, nothing less.

I got stomped yesterday on a PVE mission on Tatooine. Apparently my status changed from Neutral to Dark lvl 1 without me noticing it. My light sabre suddenly became less that useless. I managed to move back to neutral by being a "nice guy" for a while, but it's no fun. My question; is anyone building Dark lvl 1 light sabres on Darth Xedrix? Or is this the wrong forum for this question?

YES, I like it. I reminded myself that SWTOR is a GAME, a killer of spare time. Not a life's ambition. When you think about it that way, it beats the heck out of TV (television).

Thanks for the feedback. I am running with my Wookie. He is well geared and does a lot of damage. I will have to remember to turn off his AOE, like wookie roar because that's how we always die. We can kill one of anything on Tat, but the adds kill us every time. Thanks again

Haystack, Thank you for the feedback. My mistake was in sticking strongly to the storyline missions and ignoring all others. I wanted to get the Wookie, and I was not paying attention to anything that was not on that track. I now need to go up a level or two in order to be competitive on Tat. Can you point me at any missions strings on Nar Shadaa?

The subject is kind of strange, but I rushed through all my storyline missions Nar Shadaa. It was fun and given the ability to go stealth, it was kind of easy. My storyline now takes me to Tatooine. Life is very different there. My character (level 22) is just too low to be effective. Can any advise me on some missions I might run on Nae Shadaa? I know a lot of missions are linked, so I am looking for the beginning of any mission string. Thanks for the help

I wasted over 5K in repair credits trying everything I could to beat this guy. I leveled up to 23 and geared up as much as possible. Finally I asked a level 20 Commando to lend a hand and the results were amazing. We destroyed him with over 50% health remaining on the commando, Kira and myself. Sometimes you just have to ask for help.

I don't think it's level dependent. My character is 22 and Valis has killed him many times. I finished two lead in quest, and I am now trying ti figure out how to complete the defector.

Is there any way to redistribute skill points once they have been comitted? I hate to reference WOW, but maybe this will make my question clearer, a trainer, in WOW, could for a price unlearn your skills. Is this possible in SWTOR?

I have created several toons and played them up to around 15 before moving on to another. I have a question about companions. My Jedi Knight has his ship, and two (2) additional companions, T7-01 and of late Kira Carsen. My other toons, around the same levels have only one, not counting the one that comes with the ship. Have I missed something or is this just the way of the Force?

I have heard several references to "Act 1, Act 2" etc.. I have reached lvl 16 or 17 with several toons, how do you know when you reached "Act 2?

I have created 8 chacters, run the up to 15 (got the ships) and then either deleted them or put them on the shelf. I am really have fun, but getting nowhere towards the high level end game content. Oh well, I am still having a blast.

I loaded SWTOR on my second desktop. This is the system I play WOW and EVE on, with no issues. This system has an AMD Athlon processor LE-1640 @ 2.7g ghz. It has 3 GB of ram and runs Windows 7 32 bit. The video card is a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS with 2 GB of on board ram. I have the latest drivers from Nvidia. When I attempt to launch SWTOR I get to the login page enter my credentials. The patches load and "run" comes up. When I click run, the screen goes black and the monitor displays a message, "video mode not supported" Has anyone seen anything like this. Yes, I have atempted to run as admin, no joy. Any help would be appreciated.
