howdy, returning player looking for a pve focussed guild, IMP side. ideally not too big and semi casual. i think 800 people, we-are-specialised-in-everything, guilds with hundred discord channels where no one knows anybody are not desirable...or at least not for me. (been there done that) as a returning player i miss doing smaller (low level) flashpoints with people you know, people your recognise by name etc. i guess what im trying to say is, i miss the old school guild feeling and trying to find a new home. im middle aged, easy to get along with and have several years mmo experience, including swtor. just restarted the levelling process to re-learn the game since the last time i played was before it went f2p. raid intentions when max lvl, not interested in conquest or pvp i think thats all

morning, i see people using mounts while questing on makeb but no matter where/what..all im getting is "you cant mount here" . what am i missing? thanks

he thinks like me, i suppose. im not gonna leave my 5 50's behind and reroll on a new server, paying bioware again money to do so, because they cant get their things right

- ~ 95% of the servers dead - subs going down the drain - after beating the pve content...there was..nothing - pvp has after months less pvp content than at launch (gz bioware at this point) - crafting and its professions is mostly useless and/or not balanced to each other - every basic rule of any mmo ignored (why did you release an mmo without a guild bank you said?) - their holy grail called legacy is nothing more than an incentive to play more alts and keep you paying - no real future plans/ real incentives given to keep playing this game - remaining community gets blatantly ignored - threads who dare to speak up get closed left right and centre (as i cant find my last 2 comments in this very thread all of a sudden for some reason) - key staff gets laid off an mmo rises and falls with its game content and community.... the word "shattered" comes to mind but hey, keep believing that when 8 man wz cues are introduced (if) , the whole game will improve immediately

it is beyond me how some people still seem to think that rated wz "will fix the game" it would change nothing at all

there wont be any crit crafting of armor and weapons anymore, therefore no 2 augment slots possible. everyone can add an augment slot to existing gear with an augment table, providing he has an augment kit. those kits however can only be crafted by certain crafters. in essence; no need to buy expensive empty gear with augment slot anymore, augment kits is where you can waste your credits on in the near future. your welcome

how about... LFG - useful on all those empty servers...oh,wait...

why would you assume that ? in this game they throw you dead with credits. thats just someone with too much time on their hands, but whatever floats their boat

i'd sell it to the chinese. this way maybe you get the value of the game back at least

yea, horrible game. it looks like a d2 addon..at best. poor picture what they delivered after nearly 10 years of development

as i stated in another post, i will unsub on the 1st of next month if no eta of merges/transfer is given until then

couldn't have said it better. and im one of the people who really wanted it to work. all bioware cares about is us making alts and continue paying..to speak it out. if you look at the legacy crap, only alts benefit from it mostly. my friend unsubbed a few days ago and it asks you why, so he ticked "not enough content" ... it seriously popped up with " hey, why dont you go and make characters on the opposite faction?" makes you facepalm, doesn't it? so yea...biowares recipe of alt based legacy and their helpless attempt to learn the basics of mmo's on the fly didnt work out, to put it nicely. i will wait exactly until the 1st of next month and if i don't see an ETA and plan on merges and transfer, i will unsub too. i have several 50's on 2 different servers, both dead now and enough is just enough

they been watching the servers to see if it gets better or not. thats it. they wont breed new players. so of course low pop servers are thinkable. and it seems their solution is enabeling server transfers. but i share the common opinion that its just ridiculous to start with the asian servers, considering they have a whole 3 servers and the other like 50 -the ones where the demands are actually coming from- have to wait without an ETA.

dreaming much? so you blame bioware for your server choice? or for your current server to be useless/dead ? oh ya..that right..even bioware doesnt have a magic glass ball but i whole heartedly agree with the rest. server transers are obviously possibly and they have been confirmed long time ago..now..make them happen please. i want off my current dead rock too

yes,quite common on a lot of servers. and personally id prefer transfers; i already rerolled on a new server, found a new guild with great ppl etcetc
