In order to remove this problem from PvE and RP servers, it would be preferable to remove the PvP Achievements from the Locations (Planets) section and place them under the PvP Section. By placing PvP requirements under specific planets, you make it impossible for non-PvP'ers to reach 100% for those planets. And in a related note, remove the PvP requirements from HK-51 as well - why is he the only companion with a PvP requirement - which again, make it impossible for non-PvP'ers to reach 100% with him.

As the title states, what happened to Yozusk Platesmasher? He is not in the little pond (south of Grathan's Estate), Is there a long respawn timer on him, or was he accidently deleted now that we have a Legacy Achievement which requires us to kill him?
