  1. Devs, the community simply does not understand why we (mercs) are the only class without access to the interupt game mechanic. My suggestion would be to take Shoulder Slam (you know the pve ability noone uses) and just change it into a close range interupt. If you need to 'nerf' mercs in another way to balance things, fine. But, simply saying 'that would make mercs OP' just seems like lazy game design.
  2. This thread is for people to share their views on the current state of SWTOR with special emphasis on how it can be improved. I implore you not to simply spew hate, but actually try to articulate what, if anything, will keep you as a subscriber. I will limit myself to the three main issues that have me questioning whether to continue subscribing: declining server populations; awaited game features seemingly forever 'coming soon'; and the complete lack of open world pvp. 1) The server population problem is no riddle. There are too many servers. Mergers/transfers needed to happen in the wake of the 1.2 exitus. Bioware allowed transfers when they opened the Australian servers. They have the technology. There is no excuse for making players 'wait' to get off dead/dying servers. 2) Coming Soon - Rated Warzones are the obvious example, but I am actually speaking of something larger. That being the decision to use the 'promise' of features to come as an imaginary carrot to keep players wanting. Now don't get me wrong, there is certainly a place for using hype to build excitement for things to come. But the art of it is in the timing. Start too soon, miss deadlines, or pull the rug out from under us at literally the last minute, and we just feel lied to. My suggestion would be to actually have features complete, then leave it to someone with a marketing background to plan the rollout. 3) PVP. So many worlds, so little interaction. It seems clear to me that SWTOR was never really designed to be a pvp game. Why else would the opposing factions so rarely cross paths in game. Now this is all fine and good if you just come out and make it clear that its just a PVE game. But if you ARE going to hold your game out as the struggle between two factions, you have to do more than slap the PVP server title on a few servers and call it good. Ilum was a failed design sure, but even it was better than having literally no reason to go out and fight the opposing faction. Please make the game's PVP more involved than simply waiting (and waiting) for a Warzone to pop. I honestly hope that SWTOR gets back on track and becomes the game that so many of us wanted it to be.
  3. Can you please put some items into them that are worth pursuing. Maybe even rare clickables and such. Currently, I feel like I have nothing to spend: money, warzone commendations, or my daily commendations on. Thanks.
