Thanks for all the responses, I really really want swtor to suceed and I did buy it because I was really looking forward to the story driven aspect of the game. I guess if I am honest this wouldnt be an issue for me if there had been an expansion already released for the game that continued the story arcs and new gameplay aspects. And while Im quite happy to go free to play till they release the next proper expansion to the games universe, how much subs will they loose if others like me do so and that must effect their development strategy to gear more towards the PvP and Wz which are easier to produce and deliver. My best analaogy is I was a late starter to lotro i was initially F2P but way before i got to the end of Angmar i was subscribed because i knew I wanted to contiue to moria and other quest areas. The game already had the hook in place for me to pay the montly fee and turbine seemed quite open about plans for furture content quest and epic storyline. At the moment swtor doesnt have that hook in place. And my greatest fear is that they are not making enough noise about what is next for the rest of us (I know no business like to leak to much too soon) But we need that hook . To keep those all important subs coming in.

Ok first of all I am a self proclaimed "causual gamer" I have a family and have never fancied PvP'ing and dont get the time to do Operations. So Im in it purely for he leveling and the story. So I should be happy about going F2P right? Wrong! From all I can tell its just going to be fluffy happy pets and more Warzones and Operations and PVP and world events that I am not interested in. I was happy paying my monthy fee happy to think that i would get the progression of the great storylines and fingers crossed (SWG type space combat and exploration). But nope nothing on the horizon or even mentioned! Makeb by BW own admission does not progress the storyline. So Bioware tell me why i should continue to give you my money and keep subscribing? What is going to be in it for me?

Hey all Im sure I am not the first to say this, but its really bugging me and its my first ever forum post so here goes. But I was really disapointed with the whole Gunslinger mechanic. It just doesn't feel right! The whole use of shields just for me doesn't go with the ethos of what I belive the Gunslinger should be. And to me is a stand up shooting on the move (with bags of style naturally) gracefully moving about the battlefield avoiding the incoming fire maybe in the style of 'Gun-Karta' in the film equilibrium? ( btw if you not seen the film its awesome! Well worth checkout!). Use the cunning stat as their version of dexerity to avoid damage maybe.So I am sure it will not change anytime soon but I think the Gunslinger class is less because of the static nature and feel of the shields issue. So thats my very first two pennies worth.
