  1. The post is hardly coherent, anyways. You know what they say about literacy...
  2. Sounds like I'm pretty close to where I need to be spec-wise. Just need some practice now is all
  3. Howdy all, I've recently switched from healing over to DPS because the guild has an excess of healers, and a lacking of dps. Rare situation I know, but there you have it. I read through the forums and found several promising dps specs. The DPS output is purely for best results in a RAID setting. I have no interest in pvp, althrough as it happens, the all-popular hybrid spec is quite the beast. I'd like any advice anyone would be willing to offer to help max out my RAID dps. My current spec: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201ZfcM0dZfMcRsbkrc.1 This is one of those 0/13/28 builds. How does a strong lightning build fare for raid dps? Again, I have no interest in pvp or typical flashpoints. As such, whirlwind points are a waste, and we run with a couple of sorc healers who like to spam their own static shield. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated
  4. This is just one big fat chunk of anger and rage. If I were roleplaying, I would tell you to channel that anger for something useful. Ya know, like constructive criticism. Or - and I know this sounds nuts - just ignore the forums, and play the game. Changes will happen. Let them come, and just play.
  5. A simple question. There really is only one spec for the pure PvE healer. There really isn't a better PvE spec out there. If you put points in other talents, you end up shafting your overall capacity as a PvE healer. PvP healers are naturally prepared to accept the fact that their spec will not allow them to heal as well in PvE. http://db.darthhater.com/skill_calc/sith_inquisitor/sorcerer/#::f3ef4ef2ef9e16f8df5ef5 1. Points in Dark Resilience are a waste for a healer, because free consumptions are a constant thing for sorcs. If you have a free consumption proc, this talent is useless. When you're 50, and decently geared, your crit will be in the mid 30's+. Your innervate will almost certainly proc every time you use it. 2. Points in Conspiring Force are only useful for PvP purposes. Raid mobs don't care about snare.
  6. Knockback is exactly how he is supposed to be beaten. Why do you think the fight results in a chest? It's Bioware's attempt to repeat a familiar scene from Return of the Jedi
  7. I was asking if someone was screwing with me - and as it turns out, someone was. I already know about the other abilities mentioned in this thread.
  8. Now someone else is telling me it exists but also can't remember the quest location.
  9. So there's apparently some ability called "Call Transport" which ports me straight to my spaceship. I'm level 46 now, and I missed it. I have no idea where this quest is, and my guildie can't remember either. I'm suspicious that he's joshing me, but just in case I thought I'd post to see if someone else has done this quest - and where it may be found.
  10. I'm playing a sith character, but I've been making light decisions. I'd like to be unique - but I've been seeing dark requirement items dropping from sith encounters. Should I make the switch now? Or should keep with it?
