Well lack of customer service is what will kill this game off imho. No response with all these complaints will be not just the death of the game but could take the development company down as well. I know I personally wont be buying any Bioware games again. Anyway enough is enough so I cancelled my renewal sub and submitted feedback as to why. Limited leisure time and budget - and lots of companies eager to please who actaully want my money. I may come back later in the year when people in the EU can actually get what they are paying for. BTW, no idea if it will be any good but I signed up for the "Tera" beta today after cancelling my SWTOR sub. TTFN

Massive fluctuation server lag - unplayable right now

You would think that with over 800 million people living in Europe they would care about the customer potential more? I'll play a bit but don't think I will be subscribing anymore with this kind of customer service. Plenty of other ways to spend limited leisure time and money. What is strange that World of Warcraft and Rift can manage shorter and different US/EU times for server maintenance and Bioware can't - or just can't be bothered maybe? Ah well - shame really

This is completely ridiculous - "estimated wait time 20 mins" Been queuing now for over an hour - at 10am in the morning! I could see this happening from the start of EGA - why they didn't bring the servers on all at once at that time to spread guilds and groups with friends more evenly is beyond me is beyond me. 40+ people in the guild at levels between 20 and 40 - cant all re-roll now on a "light to standard" server. Wont be subscribing if Bioware can't organise better than this

This is the only thing that's annoyed me with the staggered access. As a guild we are now committed to The Red Eclipse with maybe a dozen or so members out of 80 or so leveling away for the last couple of days. The rest of us will get in tomorrow or the day after and be faced with long queues and now its too late to choose another server (which will no doubt be opened up). So its either queue for an hour or more to play to play or abandon the guild for another server. How much better would it have been to leave it an have a mass start all at once - after servers had been announced and unofficial Italian/Spanish servers adopted etc. 880 million people in Europe - and 700 million have English as there first or second language - 7 PVE English servers was never gonna be enough.

So now we have a third of our 80 man guild playing - highest level 22. But the server we were allocated has 30 min queues already. So we are all committed now to a server with the guild start system and when the rest of us get on tomorrow or the day after the queues will be even longer. Clearly there were not enough EU English PVE servers at the start. Now it looks like there are gonna be long queues tomorrow for us all, or we can split the guild up. Those really early access peeps are not going to want to re-roll on new servers that are launched to alleviate the queues. There are 880 million people in Europe and 700 million have English as there first or second language rather than German or French. It was always gonna be a problem with only 7 EU English servers at launch imho. I personally didn't mind waiting till the 20th to play - now we have a dilemma and potentially split guilds with this staggered head start system and limited servers on the 13th - bringing on line new servers won't help us stay together now. Real shame

Same here - my CE is in the storeroom of my local "Game" store - I even got to see it yesterday - just sitting there! But they tell me I cant have it until the 20th - no way will they let me have it before then - head office orders

I wish someone would let Game know they can let me have the pre-ordered CE ahead of the published release date. Its in the storeroom now but they are adamant they cannot let me collect it until the 20th. Im working away on the 20th so will have to wait till 21st to pick it up :-( Ah well

"Game" shops have a load of CE Boxes in their shop storerooms right now - however they have been told they cannot release any until the 20th December - pre-orders or otherwise. Maybe different on-line ofc. Cheers
