I feel like I am stuck, not sure where to go from here

Haha I am sorry I am being so difficult guys. But I am literally standing by the guy that I should get the quest from right when you get on the main deck but there are no quest options at all.

Ya that's the odd part, I dont have any quests in my log. So now what?

Weird I dont see that Lord you are talking about

I am level 11 trying to specialize to become a marauder. But I do not have a quest that has me talk to my trainer on the imperial fleet. How did I mess this up? Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
