Your specs look like they should be able to run it, based on the advertised system requirements, but then with it being a laptop there might be other complications, especially assuming that most laptops use the memory as shared for video memory. If I were going to play this game on a laptop, I would try to get one of the ones with the new AMD "A" processors that combine the graphics processor on the CPU, and I would get as much RAM in it as possible. People who know more than I do will help you better, but their posted system requirements suggest the CPU is more important than the graphics card, but again, in a laptop, more ram helps a lot. Also, there might be a bug - this thread has a suggestion that you set everything to "high" graphics, maybe to reset the settings - then go back and set them back to "low." http://www.cleartechinfo.com/Star-Wars-The-Old-Republic-System-Requirements-Cant-Play-it-on-your-Computer Here is a thread in these forums regarding laptops: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=96376 Here are the A-series at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006740%20600165139&IsNodeId=1&name=AMD%20A-Series Here is the site mentioned above for testing system specs: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx Hope that helps.
