I think it'll really depend on play style and situation. Situation meaning PVE vs. PVP, leveling vs. end-game, main vs. alt. Style meaning solo (with companion) vs. group, single vs. large group targets, elites vs. standard mobs. Since there are no parsers available I think it's best to try to master a tree based on your play style and go from there. Look at the skills higher up the tree and see which ones appeal to you the most and go with that.

The Gov't serves us. They better be sending us our free checkz and free housez. Without us there is no gov't. Just an idea.

It's just a simple rule of internets that the vocal minority always feel they are the majority. Come to think of it that applies to RL as well. When you don't feel the urge to complain then that is sorta lost in the shuffle. Trust me, most people are content because they are either in game already, or are too busy with RL jobs and school that they could care less. You won't be hearing from them on this forum.
