Looking for durable DPS Commando Build.

I just hit LVL 40 on my Trooper and I'm looking for suggestions on a more durable DPS Commando Build. One that will still deal max damage, but keep me from dying as much I do. Any tips on rotation would also be appreciated. Thanks.
