if it wasnt in the last beta it wont be out on launch, as other people have said they are working on UI improvements. So be patient and off the top of my head i can think of one mmo that doesnt have speach bubbles. its DDO (dungeons and dragons online) they have voice chat and a chat box

well it really comes down to how you want too play. cause assassin doesnt play the same as op. assassins can tank and be great dps but ops can heal and also dps
