  1. This is such an easy fix. I am not asking to completely rewrite the entire code of the game. I am not asking them to add an appearance tab, or even add items dyes. All I am asking is that they take the tme to add 2 orange items to compliment this iconic lore based social set. Adding 2 items with correct graphics and putting on the proper vendors is like, the easiest possible fix. This is so easy that I literally think it would take a programmer 5 minuites to do it. It may literally take them longer to look up what the correct graphics look like, and if they want to be especially lazy, I wil even post screenshots and locations of the NPCs wearing the items, along with the screenshots of the green level 17 item that has the correct graphics. This is an unique social set that is COMPLETELY ruined by this. I do not think I am asking too much for them to put a band-aid on the problem and fix it. -- Kirsten
  2. Eh... "does not look bad"...? I am not trying to be difficult here, but let's face it... unless the actual correct belts and wrists are used, then you are always not going to look correct... I have ones that "do not look bad" either, but do they still ruin the outfit? Absolutely. It is a simple fix. It could be done in the next patch quite easily. Just add 2 social items with the correct graphics, put them on the same vendors. Done. We all win then. -- Kirsten
  3. I am wearing a mix of the slavegirl and dancers sets and I love how it looks with the orange gear only, but when i put on belts and wrists of any other set, it totally throws off the whole set. I know there is lots of other threads on things like this, but I wanted to put in my thoughts on this specific set. Theese 2 sets need to specifically have belts and wrists added into the game for them because theese 2 sets are UNIQUE. They do not look like any other set, and matching them up with other gear is totally impossible. This needs to change. First, there is orange belts and wrists in the game, so adding them for this specific set would be fine. It is not imbalanced. Second, the graphics are already in the game. If you look at the dancers in the Nar Shadda Casino, you will see that they are wearing the correct belts and wrists. The wrsits they wear look like silver bracelets that wrap around the wrists, while the belt is a jewled stap, with a gem in the front. The dancers belt can be seen by the quest Twi'lek in the Tatooine cantina. She wears a belt of sorts, clearly not the graphics we have now. Furthermore, there is a level 17 republic item named "Jedi Sages Cuffs" (or something close to that) that has the dancers wrists graphics. Yes you could wear it, and it even looks the same and correct to the dancers in Nar Shadda. Unfournatly, it is a very low level / low armour item and is practically as good as not wearing an item in that slot whatsoever. Basically, I know the graphics are in the game, they simply need to be "turned on" for us to use with this set. Finally, this set also can be seen in many forms if you look at NPC dancers in the game. One Twi'lek in the Nar Shadda casino has on not only the imperial dancers outfit, but she has it in zebra print! Not only that... but I have noticed that there is also quite a few NPCs wearing the slavegirl outfit that are different (and better) colors than the standard gold ones that we can get. I have seen blue, white and a wide variety of other colors on dancers around the game. My basic point is simply that this is the BEST looking set in the game, please do not cut corners and ruin it by not haveing the proper accesories to match how it looks. It looks totally unique, so I belive that it needs some unique adjustment to make it look correct. Heck, if you added the belts and wrists to the game, but made them social 4 or 5, that would give us a reason the grind more social out. Anyways, it would make me really happy if you made theese simple changes so that the slavegirl and dancers outfit were not ruined by gawdy accesories. Thanks for reading this. -- Kirsten
  4. I think the social items are really nice, so are the custom sets. Unfournately, there is no wrists or belts that go with theese sets. That really ruins the overall appearance of the set when you try and equip them. Please put a function in the game that allows us to turn off the graphics for belts or wrists, at least untill you either make every social / custom set have theese items as well, or at the very least put in the function to turn off theese graphics. Other games, (Lotro is a great example) allow you to turn off all graphics except chest and legs. This allowed for your Hobbit to have hairy bare feet, while not loseing his stats from his gear. It was a really nice feature. Gloves can also look very cumbersome and would be a great addition to this as well, but most sets have them included, so it is not as big of an issue. Please put in a command to hide belts and wrists untill a better solution is found. It is an easy fix, and will make a lot of us very happy. Next, I know the issue of dissappearing stats is being worked on, so I am happy about that. Other than that, keep up the good work!
  5. I do not know if this has been addressed, but as it stands now... the social items that I have seen do not have wrist and belt slots. This completely ruins the outfit. Please do one of two things. 1 -- Hide belts and wrists if the social gear is active, so it looks correct. or 2 -- Make a hide wrists and belts button, just as we have the hide helm button. Clearly the 2nd option is easier to accomplish. Actually, I have a third option... Make belts and wrists for each social set. This might be harder than the first 2 ideas, so I am not going to hold my breath on that one. No matter what one you pick, this will make the social sets much more desireable for players to actually wear. As it stands now, they feel like they are only a patchwork set of gear that can not actually look correct if worn with other gear. Thank you for your time. -- Kirsten
