I really dont care what any flamers have to say, so dont bother. i just wanted to say i was extremley dissapointed in the game, mainly the way you choose your faction. (Char selection). I think the game would be 1000x better if your faction was decided in the game (light/dark) instead of having to choose empire or republic in the begining. I think you should start out as a nuetral padawan, and from there you can go sith or jedi. thats what made KOTOR so fun, you got to choose light or dark by your decisions. yes is SWTOR you can be a LIGHT SITH... or a DARK JEDI.... but come on... you should beable to change.... be a jedi for awhile then turn to the dark force and become a sith. not just choose it in the begining...and be stuck with it. in my opinion that just ruined the game. Just a copy of WoW's faction choice, nothing original. I play a Bounty hunter and a bounty hunter is not a sith.... they are not BOUND to any faction, they are rebels they do what they want, i should beable to choose republic if i want instead of having to be a trooper. LAME!!!!!! The PVP is also VERY bland and boring... there is only 3 warzones and 99% of queues are stupid huttball...... The only thing this game has going for it is the storyline/cutscenes, (which after you have seen them once they are annoying), and the fact that it is starwars. The gear is lame, and most of it doesnt even look starwars like at all. The chat system is also very stupid, there is NO chat bubbles above peoples heads... which makes it very difficult to communicate to those next to you, or see who is talking to you when people are spamming the chat box. The game is also VERY VERY buggy, which im sure will eventually get fixed, cause its still new. But overall i dont think its worth the $15 a month they are charging. i give the game a 6 out of 10 I havnt even played the game in 3 weeks cause im already bored of it and im only lvl 27. I have a feeling in a year or 2 this game will be dead just like all the other MMO's that are not WoW. (LOTRO, WarHammer,Aion,EQ ect.) yes these games are still around and people do play them but not nearly as much as when they launched, most of them have went Free to play and you pay to get extra stuff that those who dont pay dont get. Im sure ill get a bunch of people saying to **** off and go play WoW, or whatever other insults you got, go ahead keyboard warriors, flame away, i could care less what your opinion is about my post. i just wanted to vent my dissapointment with the game.
