We weren't in any win state.

We both have maxed Command Character Perks.

Why is it that some people are getting more cxp/xp than me when neither of have any boost on and we have the same character perks on?

Bioware should of done a month long poll of despawn times; not at all hard to do.

Strong, Elite, Champion NPCs once you kill and looted them; you can gather materials from them as in scavenging and bioanalysis.

Why has the despawn timer been reduce to roughly ten seconds? I can barely get four npcs gathered for they are gone. Could Bioware increase is to twenty seconds instead of ten seconds?

I guess I could play some Total War Warhammer in the meantime.
