This is a joke right? Sorry but if you cant win with a premade group of 4, then I dont know what your doing... Coming up against a group where half of the team is communicating on vent & are full battlemasters is a complete joke, and you may as well just leave when you see them. Imo having four out of eight is too many for a warzone, to have four there needs to be a warzone cap of ~16 players, enough to influence the path of the warzone but not essencially a 'guarenteed win'. After all whats fun about winning 6-0 in the first 2 minutes of a huttball? You may as well just not bother. What would be useful is a simple matchmaking system to go with their ranking system they are implementing, so your matched with people of similar abilities.

If you have a purple colour stoned lightsaber cant you just remove the purple colour stone by paying a few credits? Im sure you could do that in beta.

From what I've seen so far, the main source of schematics is reverse engineering items, you can reverse engineer any items you make, get some mats back and sometimes get a schematic (Seemingly half the mats back it cost you to make). Outside of this I have read tha investigation gives schematics for all skills but I cant comment on this personally.
