Yes BW, dont listen to "them", Keep the servers down every day if you want. "We" will pay for it nps! "them" and "we" =/= me as many tend to point out in many posts. 1.7m subs, none to be found to group with for hours. What a fail!

If they wanted they would do rolling restarts, have the patch ready and just apply. They could also test the patch before applying to an actual server to make sure it would work , then do the restarts. People that dont get how this could work i can say. It doesnt matter. There is a way to do it and they should do it so that people can play at all times. Major maintenance should be implemented also like that, not just patches.

Do you really think the reason i canceled SWTOR was that it has a bug or two? I was at original WOW release as well, so i cant say i am a WoTLK or even Cata boy that doesnt understand. Ok here are some things to consider as points that drove me off. Game is dead at 50. People sitting on fleet and wont do anything. THIS IS AFTER as you say 1 MONTH !!!!! I mean if it was after 7 years as most people bashing WOW i would understand. In WoW we had 7 !!!! years to do all crafting, all exploration, all boring and tidious stuff and still, there is some interest to some that stayed (i didnt stay in hope Rift would be new, it wasnt) Maintenance windows merged and we lose a day every week in EU, no reply from BW. Yes i play day, my business if i have no other life. I am a VAMPIRE! Lag due to the games design, ask around, you will see many have this issue. NO ITS NOT OUR PC! Issues with game playability cause they design doesnt allow skills to be used correctly. Global Cooldowns dont work properly No viable end game Game is Single player design NOT MMO (Cant for the life of me see how most people defending this game cant see this :S ) The above are BASIC and important things, not minor bugs that can be patched. Also if TSW is also a fail after launch then i will not play it for long either. But i gave SWTOR as fai chance or 2 months AFTER release (which included a beta ) I will do the same for GW2 and TSW. Whichever company delivers gets to keep me and by that my money

I also heard of Bethesda (id), SEGA, Squaresoft(Square Enix) , Namco , Valve , Activision. Some people consider them of the worst developers EVER. Does it mean that if i know a name its a good product? Am sure you know the developer of Windows Me (Millennium Edition), 2000, or Windows Vista, 2006 right. I dont even need to say the name. well i hope BW fixes alot of what is wrong with this game. If they do, but all means i am willing to turn my boat around and come back to give more money. As of now i dont see this happening so fast and you know its hard to turn boats, and they do turn slowly For now, I am waiting for GW2 just to check it out, but what i am truly waiting for is The Secret World which to me sounds like will be an awesome MMO *crosses fingers*

i kindly direct you to re-read my post. I never said it does not have the number now. However i said i believe this wont be the case for long. Another point to this. Since they were very smart and opened the game later in AU and the Asia they will keep showing these numbers for at least 6 months. What you need to notice from what i post is : The fact that EU and US servers will NOT go much higher than they are now. Numbers might rise, but thats cause the AU and Asian subs will be also indicated in the projected and actual numbers. That by no means equals to players YOU will have to play around you. The game world is empty and this is the future of this game as well.

Never except Twice (i remember that cause it was a unique case the first ... and this is the second time) anyone actually says something like this I am happy to see that some do read past the first line and flame as most people that love SWTOR do in these forums. Someone else also mentioned on these forums once, that its not the "haters" that destroy these forums, its the fanboys that whatever you say or any fact you give will be answered in a generic or aggressive tone to flame or shoot you down Main point of it all: "Haters" are like this cause they hoped this game would succeed and failed so hard. We dont hate SW, for Gods sake see the posts. We love SW and thats why we wanted the game to be a success and are upset it didnt work out. Oh i want the game i like to be the best so i believe anything and will post anything to prove it ! What they posted are for end of year data, representing the time when everyone and their mother was activating codes to get EGA in this game. I remember vividly (wasnt that long ago ) when at release people were crying that its not fair i get 1 day less of EGA and even lots that actually bought the game from other countries and paid dearly to get it so that they play on Early Access. I was one of them so i know from my experience that its very possible many more like me have canceled their subs after the fiasco of the first month. I did NOT cancel before the first paid so even current data arent accurate. This is to exempt people that are giving the first 3 months for the game cause they already paid it, or people that say "give it 6 months to be ok" , or fanboys, or very casuals that never played another MMO and dont know what is the problem (they will learn after they play a true AAA MMO ). As said above, I was a fan. I wanted this game to be the one that help keep my interest for the next 7 years as WOW did before i left it for RIFT with hope for the same. Its sad, but at least i can be honest with myself and say, this game isnt good enough as Rift wasnt good enough either FOR ME . Now SWTOR FANS..........GET READY .......SET ........GO FLAME!

Say what you will about BW, but THE PLAYERBASE? Players didnt do ANYTHING wrong about this. BW has 100% fault. Players were TOLD BY BW to go on low population servers and not go on full servers when the launch started. THEY DIRECTED THE PLAYERS TO CHOOSE A LOW POP SERVER!!! <<<--------READ!!!!! Now the servers are dead and people CANNOT MOVE. Yes you can guess it. I also canceled my account. And no you cant have my stuff, let it be there and rot!

Not really, by that time other more interesting games will be out to bother with a F2P SWTOR version

This is whats been found out: SWTOR status 'Standard': 700-2100 concurrent players SWTOR status 'Heavy': 2100-3000 concurrent players SWTOR status 'Very Heavy': 3 - 3.5k SWTOR status 'Full': 3.5 - 4.2k This isnt 100% correct as its from ingame counts, but what is important is the fact that 700 isnt a great number, and the change of status from 2100 to 4.2k indicates that they want people to see standard and feel there are alot of people. This isnt so unfortunately cause to have 700 isnt alot. Also consider that from 0-700 is light, which means servers that have light at any point = dead servers as the world is HUGE!

We dont care if it takes 1 year to develop cross server PVP, or interactive environments , or CUSTOMIZABLE UI. Its their job, not ours. We pay - they deliver thats how it works. Simple as that. If they saw what other MMOs deliver then they should have planned to have that implemented at start. If they cant deliver then the money goes to someone that can

This was already covered, but here is once more for you. Standard doesnt mean anything. It could be (and it is if you read so many possts about the subject here in these forums) a VERY big range. Also, as long as the number of players, or the reasons for players to interact, isnt there, then consideration of merge should be given.

Like my granny always said: "Chew your food at least 100000 times before swallowing" Then i would say: "But granny its a soup, i dont need to chew" This game is soup, the only thing that really takes time from you leveling is the tedious RUNNING for 5 hours between quest givers. It doesnt take 2 months to get to 50, unless you are just standing around doing nothing, chatting in general, or whatever you do with your finger up your ... nose , instead of leveling. If something is "good" its expected that it would be implemented from the start, not sell a game and put them in 5 years later. You are not alone, if you liked WOW and feel you need somehing of an MMO and TOR isnt for you then just take a break for now from MMOs. Play some other games people suggest and wait for a new MMO that night hold interest to you. I personally am waiting anxiously for GW 2 as they did change alot and hope for that the game which will keep me as wow did for almost 7 years will be The Secret World. I cant wait for that one

I didnt skip ANY story at ANY point. So that you know, i actually read all of them several times since for getting favor with khem Val for example for my sith sorcerer i cancelled EVERY conversation and made sure i was choosing the choice that would make him the happiest, SO you could say i saw the whole story over 3 times for that one alone reason. Also If i dont spend my time sitting in fleet at 50 cause the game sucks at endgame and i chose to level another toon doesnt mean i didnt enjoy this great SINGLE PLAYER MMO !!! lol yes thats is an oxymoron ! The stories of this game (empire side at least) are very nice.. Thats why i managed to do it 2 times already for two of them, but i cant pay for a single player game to see stories. I rather watch movies for that Now as i said above, go play the game, and stop trying to convience us this is a great game while you typoe here instead of playing it

Standard can be a HUGE range, on a very made up scale. I can make mine like this: 0-50 light 51-3000 standard 3001- 4000 Heavy 4001- 5000 Very Heavy 5001 - 5999 Full Would that mean that Standard is good?
