So, You have a client that cares for Your product and your company and he os teling You that you are doing mistakes....and Your solution is saying "well, leave and stop paying" instead of trying TO keep that customer? That not only bad management but also idiotic. I wonder what would you say if Apple replied TO their customers "Bugs in iPhone. Screw You, don't buy more stuff from us"....... Lol.
