whenever someone posts about cancelling their sub for whatever reason, most people respond with rude comments and things like "cya," "go back to wow," or "can i have your stuff?"
The reason I'm asking is because I've noticed it a lot on this part of the forums, and as fans of the game, you would think we would want this game to succeed. Not to have people leaving only to never return. I mean, obviously, there's nothing we as consumers could say or do to convince or persuade them to stay if the angry consumer's leaving is a result of an attribute of the game in its current form. However, at least in my opinion, the more people to play with, the better the game is for me. I don't want empty servers, and I'm sure many of you also feel the same.
I'm just wondering as to why people aren't responding in ways like, "Hey, I'm sorry certain aspects of the game are causing you to not enjoy your time right now. Hopefully, the developers will fix what it is you didn't like in the future, and we can look forward to playing with you again."
...or something to that effect. Any thoughts? I'm genuinely just curious.
