    It's been that way since they added DR, that's not something new in the patch nor would it affect kill trading in any way. Inform yourself better before posting.

    Origin charges tax. So you'll be charged around 60 - 5 + Tax = around 60.-- You don't pay extra for the preorder.

    He's talking about general phasing not the class/group phases. There's several instances on each server so even when you're out in the open world you're still 'phased'.
