Still Summer till autumn equinox on September 22th

I recently moved my chars from one server to another server, and some of the names were taking so I changed them. (Aside the fact that I loved the old nicks, there was no problem, doing so. I understand it) The other day, I was sending 400k credits and some mats from a char to another and by mistake I sent it to my old character name. Quickly I realize that and added the player name to my friend list. To my surprise, the player was a lvl 1 (untouched) character, probably taken by someone on my old server to avoid me to retake it. I wrote the customer service to send me back the mail, but they told me It couldn't be undone, but if the player was inactive, I was going to receive the mail back in 30 days. (No problem, again, it was my mistake). Then I wrote back to the CS, about the guy who took my nickname , and haven't even touch the character. If it was possible to take the nick back from an inactive player after 30 days of that char inactvity. They encouraged me to post it in this forum since it was a good idea, and here I am. On the other hand, another suggestion is to add the function "last played" to the friend list (this is already in the guild tab) to see when a friend was online for the last time, for this and also because not all my ingame friends are in my guild.
