I actually really like the difficulty to be honest. It took us a few attempts on story mode but we did it in the end. The first was tricky for us to do too, but once you get the hang of it, its fairly simple. When we did it the second time a week later, we downed them first time no problem. The difficulty is what made it fun and you get far more satisfaction when you down a boss. Please DO NOT nerf this!! It is nice to see that something is actually a challenge. I'm really looking forward to doing it on Hard.
