  1. Jug armor set Or if it's even in game at the moment? Just trying to find something spiffy looking now that we are going to be able to rip base mods out of the pvp/pve gear.
  2. Hm... don't know if serious.. He's just being a smart ***. My rebuttal is: You don't get stuff fixed by ignoring it.
  3. I just wanted to point out that a stupidly simple way to fix the expertise issue is just to take the stat OFF the armor and divide it equally between the two mods. This fixes all problems and allows PvPers not all to look like firggen clones.
  4. I'm confused on multiple fronts about some design decisions regarding our PvP gear so I'll have to hit them one at a time. My first issue concerns expertise. The PvP stat was first introduced in WoW when they found that the top tier arena teams were wearing mostly PvE items. This caused an uproar in the PvP community, as well it should, as they didn't like the notion of having to PvE to compete in PvP. Thus resilience was born. Ok so this game mirrored resilience with the addition of expertise. But then they allow the PvP armor to be modded? Wait, what? You mean that you can take the end tier PvE gear, pull out the mods, and put it into PvP gear creating das Über PvP armor? Doesn't that defeat the ENTIRE reason for expertise existing in the first place? Ok, second point of confusion is the battlemaster vindicator set. Most of us Jugs that dps are rage yes? Guaranteed crit every ~20 sec or so, making crit take a backseat to surge in terms of importance. Yet how much surge on the battlemaster vindicator set? 0. Big fat goose egg. The champion set at least had some on the helm and the gloves. That at least allowed the player to pull the mods out of those and place them into other items to get surge up to where it needs to be. It's like they weren't even thinking about our class when they put the PvP gear together. Third point of confusion is over our War leader set. Now I can't be 100% sure on this but I've seen multiple references about defense being a PvE only stat. I have NO idea if that is correct or not but if it is... Why the HELL do we have a set of gear that focuses on it? And last point of confusion. Accuracy. Almost every piece of PvP gear sports accuracy. I'm well aware that the tooltip says that increased accuracy past 100% lowers the targets defense but... what defense? Armor? Def? Expertise? Does that even apply to players? I have no friggen clue! Game is so poorly documented that it could mean anything. Could be the best stat in the world, or the most useless PvP stat known to man. I have no idea. In any case sorry for the WOT but this crap is giving me a headache.
  5. It is my understanding that both of these features are planned to be added but there is a big difference between planning and something being actively worked on. I'm certainly not asking for any kind of ETA but letting us know that they may make an appearance in the next, say, 6 months or so would go a long way in my book. Just knowing that these features are on the way would greatly increase my current enjoyment of the game. Kind of like a future birthday or something that you get to look forward too.
  6. Ok, this makes sense. Not that I like it, but I'd rather be in the dark and be happily surprised then to have them bork the game.
  7. That could be the case. Seems to me though that they added 2 more days onto the head start to fit everyone in. That would imply some kind of rigid schedule that they are attempting to adhere to. Would be nice if they could at least nail it down to which day. Even if much later IN that day.
  8. The pre-order "order" is set in stone already correct? Then why can't we just get an email saying "You will be in the x wave that will be sent out on 12/x/2011 at X am". It would give us working folk a chance to swap shifts around and whatnot to get some free time. I don't know, just a thought.
