The OP knows awfully little about the game mechanics and about balancing at all. All the suggestions about how to implement an arena are completely useless. They're not thought through to the end at all. In fact, he starts talking ******** about class balancing later on. How much is this a base for a serious discussion? I'd like to see an form of arena in SW TOR though, but not like this. Also, I don't need it now.

Well, on one side, I don't remember it well, but I'm stoked to see it in 3D On the other side, I've been doing Kenjutsu (Japanese sword fighting) for a while, which is comparable to light sabres in the way that armor or strength won't really help you and you can't stand many hits, and I learned that it's not always that easy to deal deadly blows without getting exposed too much. It was always like this with the gosh darn wooden swords lol, backing off knowing that you COULD "cut". I think a good combination is the way to go, especially with Sith, showing emotion. I also loved how Mace Windu fought the Emperor, it was the same, but you could see what the stake was for both of them. I'd love to see Kyle Katarn fighting in a movie or cinematic.

I strongly disagree. First of all, my favorite duel was Qui-Gonn and Obi Wan vs Darth Maul. I think duels with light sabers have to look like perfect choreographies, it shows the highest skill with the force. It's about tiny details, about slightest hints of tiny mistakes to exploit. Nonetheless, the old duels are awesome for sure.

In Europes and especially ancient egypts history, this was not such a special thing.

Hab bis Anfang 40 mit Vengeance gelevelt, ging einwandfrei. Einige Bosskämpfe in der Klassenquest oder sonstigen Quests brauchten vielleicht paar Anläufe und geschicktes Zünden von CDs, aber ich habe mit Jaesa gelevelt, Quinn war in seinem Startequip - ich denke mit ihm wären Elites noch weniger ein Problem gewesen. Ab 4X dann in Immortal und Vette wieder ausgepackt, und was soll ich sagen, ich metzelte mich in kürzester Zeit zu 50. Überhaupt nix zäh bei mir gewesen, war super!

All this whining is getting onto my freaking nerves. Why are all of you trying to ruin this game? I tried so many classes in Beta and Retail and while there are some problems in balancing and stuff and not everythings is perfect, this talk is ********. Be more creative and most important of all, be patient. Stop posting things like "The kid over there has toys I don't have. Give them to me too.". You got your own toys.

Ernsthaft, ich habe Juggernaut und Sentinel bis 25 gespielt, den Juggernaut spiele ich weiter, und ein paar andere Klassen in der Beta bis 20, und ich hatte mit keiner davon Probleme, alle haben Spaß gemacht. Du kannst dir einfach noch lange kein Bild machen.
