Hi, I'm 47 from the UK and have a lvl 50 Shadow on The Progenitor but I now have a Knight on Sith Wyrm so I can join in the fun! I'm thinking it'll be good to actually be able to try out some of the group content and not rush through all the dialog. I'll hopefully get on this weekend for a bit. Ahhhh if only I could mail all those hilts and enhancements I can craft across servers

I always like these kinda threads The gear we're equipping clearly makes a big difference to our stats. It would almost be interesting to run a character through equipping only the rewards that weren't moddable and see if the game was that much harder... interesting though I can't imagine I'll ever do it. Most of my gear is orange but I can't say I've been very consistent with my choices for mods, armour etc. Level 41, Kinetic Shadow Strength - 89 Presence - 194 Aim - 44 Cunning - 44 Endurance - 894 Willpower - 717 Exp - 0 Damage - 375-483 Bonus Damage - 160.8 Accuracy – 90.89% Chance crit - 16.73% Crit mult – 58.94% Health - 10719 Armour Rating - 4446 Damage Reduction – 34.07% Defense – 20.42% Shield - 24.34% Shield abs – 28.07%

Aaahhh! I've just started to realise that interrupts are now essential when fighting certain battles. I've made it to lvl 32 as a Shadow without needing them and feeling pretty powerful most of the time but some of those PvE Sith I'm now meeting are laughing at me as they bring me down fast. I was finding it hard to figure when they were making an attack that I should interrupt. Thanks!

I chose Artifice after trying Synthweaving purely because I hated the aesthetics of the synth gear I was making... I'm hoping that by the time I reach the end lvl that there will be some changes to crafting that will allow all the professions to make something useful for pvp. Now that the christmas holidays are over and I'm back at work it's going to take me a while to get there. ;-D Unfortunately, from what I've read, the quote above seems currently spot on.

Similar story to me, I had hoped Synthweaving would give me more choice over what to wear but when I saw how awful the high end gear looked I dropped it for Artifice, not that I'm expecting much from this but at least I've been able to craft a yellow crystal for my light saber which is better than what I had. With Synthweaving nothing I crafted had better stats than what I could obtain easily elsewhere.
