  1. People who spam insults when they are losing/not getting heals/not playing their way, are really easy to anger. You can get them so angry and upset they type things in chat they could get perma banned for. And you can do it without breaking any rules. So when you find yourself in a losing pug wz and got your 8 medals. Don't forget about the entertainment those guys can provide.
  2. If you had most of your pvp gear when getting to 50 a lot of people would do one or two wzs and then quit pvp. Tab target combat isn't "fun/challenging" enough to be the reason doing it in these type of games for a lot of people.
  3. Why not have all the pve instances scale with level so you could start doing them at level 1 and at least have full rakata gear when hitting 50? Getting gear in this game is fast enough. If you had most of your endgame gear when hittin 50 most people would get bored even faster then they do now. If they would have allowed solo queue ranked wzs in 1.2 like they planned from start you would all have been in full wh by now. It's to fast. It took me a year and a half to get my endgame gear in WAR. They will need to make a new set of 50 gear every 3-4 months in this game if they want it to be this fast and prevent people from getting bored. It sounds like you don't like mmos with gear progression. Just wait for GW2. No point in playing something you don't enjoy.
  4. I just assumed they left them out because they wanted to put them in a paid expansion since most people want to play one. With subs dropping evey month we will probably never see a paid expansion.

  6. Unless trooper is the last class story you got left just reroll. The rotation is easy and the class looks the best of all the rep classes by far. If you are only going to do pve just go for it. You will see some nerf PT/VG threads based on level 10s getting hit by 48-49s PT/VGs in wzs .The class is far far... far below sents/shadows/sages in utitility, survivability and dps. You will often see a PT/VG top dps in WZs and that's only because we do dot damage, dots so weak it's not worth to remove them so they just tick on the enemy for 15 min. We are mostly ignored untill a real dps class feels like doing some dps stat padding or you are the last guy left. Also we have no means of escape so we dps untill we die. I had 3 marauders jump my Vanguard in a wz the other day. I killed 2 of them and took 50% of the 3d guys hp before I died. Now I can't solo one marauder that doesn't spend 15 second trying to find his skill on his action bar while backpedaling and keyboard turning. But there are those players out there that suck that hard. Those are the guys that creat the nerf x class threads.

  8. So it's you who are Androíd. Only op that stands out since Anatol(spelling?). That guy did twice your damage, well of any op I have ever seen even the short time he was still in wzs after 1.2 was out. See you have a lot of level 50 classes in your sig. Wouldn't you rather gear up your sin? Or maybe you're just like me and stick with your main untill it's "completed".
  9. Very nice damage! Never seen any class go over 700k damage on my server. Even 600k is very rare. Did you dot people up or did you spend most of the time hitting a lowbee beeing healed? What gear are you using and what stats did you focus on? Are you using 2 times power relics + wz adrenalins?
  10. Adrenalins and relics are needed to even things out. Without them the classes that have way to high survivability would be impossible to kill unless you had the same classes on your team. I hate crafting in all mmos but I did get biochem to 400 for the rakata stuff. I don't have the play time to farm both end game pvp gear and consumables. They should just make it so all can have the reusable stuff without having the profession going with it instead of messing around with nerfs to them.
  11. I'm an assault Vanguard so going with the 9% aim would mean losing my AP burst. I went with 4 parts eliminator(for the hib crit bonus) and the pants are combat tech. I intend to buy a few more parts wh so I can rip out the mods to get my aim and power the way I want it. Atm I have only added aim augments to the slots,belt is crafted orange with a 25 armoring + a 58 power mod. The wrists are wh combat tech for the power. The rest that is in them is what I got when I bought them. My endurance is 17900 with self buff. That's why I don't feel like I need more of it. And going with one of each for a little more acc wont do much I think. My acc is already low and I do miss more then I would like. To make accuracy work I think you need at least 100% and then you are dropping your damage anyways. Not that I have done the math, just going by experience. What's this about 12 augment slots?
  12. For dps what do you pick? Compared to BM: War Hero Boltblaster's -15 aim +25 end, +6 expertise, +5 power and +2 surge. Although the extra endurance is nice I have no need for it. Do the other stats make up for the the loss in aim or close enough? War Hero Annihilator's you lose 51 surge, 6 aim and get accuracy instead. Gain 25 power and 6 expertise. Now I know accuracy isn't great for pvp but I do have loads of surge already. Everything else I have is WH. I just can't make up my mind if I should go for one of the WH implants or stay with the old bm implants.
  13. What needs to be done with the troopers skills : Full Auto: Should stun the target for the duration and the damage increased by 150% Harpoon: Should work on friendly targets aswell. Strom: Needs to be a core ability. Ion Pulse: Should reduce damage taken by 10% and stack up to 5 times. Pulse cannon: Needs to be 360 and usable on the move with a 80% snare. Nural surge: Needs to stun up to 8 players for 6 sec. Need a new skill that reduce all damage by 100% for 10 sec on a 45 sec cooldown. The commando needs to get all the vanguards skills beacuse commando skills kinda suck. When this is done we will have balance and a class that will be super hard to play. Maybe 1% and that's me beeing generous, will at that point be able to play the class at a pro level. Then the devs can reward us by buffing hib damage by 15%-30%.
  14. This right here. Why write all that in the op just to tell people to cc the maruder, clense dots and only play in a pre. Is it that no one does that on your server that you feelt the need to write all that instead of putting it into one sentence? Marauders/Sentinels have high dps, high survivability, great group utility and the tools to get out of a fight if it's going bad. They don't have to give up one of those things to have the other and that makes them far more usefull then other classes. The reason people give for having them stay that way is that having the tools allowing you to deal with any situation in pvp makes it harder to play... and that's what makes it all sound so silly. The Marauder/Sentinel is a good class. Now let's focus on getting the other classes up to their level at beeing usefull in pvp.
  15. I'm on a server with lots of Vanguards and PTs and I like to 1vs1 them in wzs from time to time. The once in "just" BM gear are soft and mostly just die to me(in 1vs1). When going up against the Vanguards/PTs with equal gear it mostly comes down too who crits the most/highest and buffs/cc on cds. There really arn't many surprises with most having the same spec, cell, gear and rotation. A few days ago i ran into a PT pyro. I saw he did nice damage and had over 17k hp so wh/pve gear on him at least. So I killed him without wasting any cds while he was trying to kill a healer. Then I ran to spawn to 1vs1 him. Making sure none of us had any help. He didn't really see it comming the first time so I got a full rotation in on him before he really knew what was happening. I didn't use any adrenalins or relics the first time. My HiB was hitting for just under 2k, IP just under 1k, SS about 1.2k and AP just under 2k. His sheild was not up the first time. I went after him a number of times and the biggest hit I got on him with all buffs on me was 3k. He was hitting me for 3-5k. Well mostly he did 3-4k hits and a few 5k with buffs. It feelt like I was hitting a well geared defence specced shadow. He had the same rotation as me more or less. He had CG Cylinder on and TD so he had at least 31 points in the Pyro tree. So the low damage he took had to come from the gear he had on. My marauder Is on another server so I couldn't really go look for him. I'll have to make a level 10 Imp on my server I guess. The guy had found the perfect balance between dps and survivability. Is it a mix between dps/defence gear? Mix of PVE and PVP gear? Anyone know?
