I have a tank and a healer each wearing mostly 228 crafted gear, but I don't care much for role-neutral group content. What level of gear would you recommend having before I jump into veteran uprisings and master flashpoints?

Has anyone found a workaround for this bug? I put in a customer service ticket and it's been escalated, so I'm waiting -- but if anyone knows how to trigger the conversation, I'd be thrilled.

So I've recently started doing hard mode flashpoints, and I've noticed different habits in different players when it comes to rolling on crafting patterns and biometric crystal alloy. I'm not sure how I should be rolling myself. Is there a player consensus to observe here? What do you do?
