    This whole discussion started as LOLWUT'ing at marauders getting an ability that makes them disappear. Do they need a good gap closer? sure. Do they need an "OH SHI*" button? sure. Do they deserve good defensive CDs? Sure. Does this ability need to come with a side effect that makes people lose targeting, lose track of the PC and is exclusive to STEALTH classes? HELL NO. As to the people telling me I need to have a 50 to have a qualified opinion, get off your elitist high horse. I could be level 1 and be able to tell when an ability was out of place. Besides which, this was a QQ about certain mechanics of the ability, not the necessity of having it. Sorry to necro this, but I went to bed early last night

    All the FOTM mara/sents crying over this post is yum. And I was just commenting about how out of place it is to give them a vanish mechanic. What if out of the blue, snipers got a heal? or juggernauts got a ranged attack was spammable? Wouldnt it be out of place? and kind of OP?

    Trooper getting leap and pull= deep tank spec. Marauder dps getting charge+ lots of heavy burst and bleeds, then 99% dmg redux topped off with a vanish? Seems like too many eggs in 1 basket imo.

    Considering the buff this is getting, does it really need to have the vanish component? I've never understood why a class that has NO stealth capabilities gets a skill like this. Does chaff flare make the merc invisible? how about cloud mind? do your enemies forget where you are? Assassin/ shadow= stealth OP/ scound= stealth mara/ sent= ???***
  7. My main problem is that with alts, how do you remember all your 30+ keybinds on multiple toons?
  8. 3 seconds is not enough. Unless you attack with something silly like 7v1, 3 seconds is not really a hindrance to reinforce. 5 seconds would be more appropriate.

    I can be at 1% and all of his healing abilities are ready to use, and there he is plugging away with that single shot pistol. Why cant they just give me a Mako? Now there was a healy companion.

  11. Chiming in my 2cents as well. Won over 13 matches today...still at 7 for the weekly. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY FIX THIS.

    Ive pugged plenty of games. I have almost full champ gear, and im rank 39. The problem is that once everyone figures out that all you have to do to win is spec heals and focus on 1 person, there is nothing you can do to stop capping. And even pre-made vs. pre-made doesnt solve the fact that one team type will always win- thus the game is decided by who gets the ball 1st, and maybe who has the better geared tank. Obviously pvp is about more than just rofl damage in the mid, but it has gone so far, that dealing damage to the tank does nothing. I have 10% bonus from expertise, almost 700 bonus damage to force powers, and I hit tanks for 200 a pop? which is taken care of by less than one HOT. Never mind the fact that the team has 4-5 dedicated healers on him.

    Enough already. Pvp has degenerated into a 20k tank with 600+ expertise begin followed by 7 healers and either charging an enemy or leaping to an ally to score, over and over. It has gotten down to who gets the ball 1st. Yes Im talking about huttball, its 99% of what pops, so it IS pvp for now. Damage and killing have become non-factors. It only matters how many CC and stun abilities you have, and how many rolling heals you can put on your invincible tank. Getting really bored with the whole thing, and I was reallly trying to like this game.
