    PvP Blunders!

    Was guarding left door alone at Voidstar and didn't see enemy stealther planting a bomb, and then on the next set of doors, again on the left, with pure intention of not repeating the same mistake i overlooked the same stealther again. At that moment i wanted to run away and cry in the corner. But after that match i never overlooked a single planter - good lesson.
  2. Almost believed it, then i saw a warrior icon on the side. We all know that AOE smash/sweep is better than single target ambush with all buffs/debuffs. And i think this topic is about sniper's crits.

Huttball rulebook - This game is a team deathmatch - The ball I have dies with me - CC'ed enemies needs to be set free - Chase every enemy until he's dead - The best defending position is on the edge of the pit - You score by hitting an enemy with the ball - Filling the resolve bar of every enemy is a must - Never run ahead of the ball carrier - it's bad luck - 0:1 is a lost cause, leave this match immediately - If someone passed you a ball throw it back to him
  4. Some red guy is caping our mid turret with no one to interrupt but me? Well someone definitely will come and interrupt while i'll just completely ignore it and go to enemy turret on the left and heroically solo cap it, because there is no way it is guarded by a stealther. There is a sniper with a ball crawling forward and attacked by 6 ppl while i stand right outside the pass range, i should not move anywhere and attack any enemy that this sniper flashbanged or rooted, because snipers are awesome ball carriers and with me helping... bah, he died, he should have passed to someone. For 5 minutes I am fighting a guy, who is already at 99% health (thanks to my awesome damage), i will continue to do so, because there is surely no better target anywhere near. Oh look, there is an empty node at the west i should go and cap it, surely everyone will praise my efforts because here at the east node i am just standing alone and not useful fo my team.
  5. I play marksman mostly, for the burst in some situations in PvE or quick kill in PvP, after 1.3 i use lethality more often then before - it has more overall damage (like +200 dps). I'll describe marksman spec: 1. MM spec is not easily recognized by enemies since you stay quite away from them. If they figure out what's killing them - they begin to hunt us hard or avoid us altogether. They eventually succeed and lose interest for some time, then the cycle repeats or they stay on us until the very end of the match. Allies don't think much of this spec, it's very hard to notice even by teammates. 2. It's a random roll - you either hit for some 5-6k or receive an "absorb" notification and die soon after. Seeing how Bounty Hunters ignores most of the armor with their attacks i can't understand why we don't. Almost no defensive abilities, no reliable way to slow down an opponent that is running away - LoS is an issue, it's reducing the usefulness of the spec to zero.
  6. This issue was reported before 1.3 went live, and was ignored, it's not on "known issues" atm... Add to that the inability to craft anything of end game gear (no 22+ barrels, no tionesse+ guns). Only one good explanation i can see - they plan to revamp crafting considerably at some point, if not - armstech is even more dead than it was before. My hopes goes with schematics on some DB, where we can see lots of crafting options for this crew skill. Sadly none of them are in game. It would be great to see some tiny comment on Armstech from devs, i'm waiting for it since game was released, and i'll be keeping this crew skill no matter what
