You did not miss anything. This is my very first story with her. I'v always shied away from writing LGBT characters because I don't feel like I have the skill to do them justice and not make them contrived or caricatures. I really admire Tatile and her expert handling of Broan and Rochester. I'm going to let Isla stew a little and let the character develop a bit before writing more about her. I just had this scene where she basically thumps Corso over the head and says "No dummy I'm gay. Leave me alone." After that, I don't know. Wait and see I guess.

Hahaha....same boat here. I don't know how well a critique would work, or maybe it's because I would suck at it, I know what I like and what I don't like and read stories accordingly. Ask my why, and I couldn't tell you. I do know Ties that Bind did get at least one critique (I think) and while it stung the first time I read it, it really caused me to re-examine what I wrote, and how I wrote it. I think he (she?) had valid points and once my pride was finished being a baby, I tried to address those points, and be more careful in future chapters. That's what's frustrating about a forum, I feel strange pulling something down, after it's been posted.....like a dirty delete, where in reality, anything that is written and hoping to be published would go through a TON of editing...and I don't know what my point was. Rant of the day: Sith romance is creepy and obsessive and trying to make it even somewhat healthy is not going to happen. I'm looking at you Scourge!!

So, in doing some Quinn research for a fic that's been kicking around in my head and I went to you tube to look up conversations, and much to my delight came across Ruth and Quinn! I squeed when I realized I knew the characters and the person who posted the videos (well as much as I can know someone on an MMO fan fic forum). Just thought I'd share! lol

I am also throwing in my request for a Much ado about Nothing /Star Wars mix up with Nox and Ravage. Mainly cause you would be crossing my all time forever favorite play, with Tor fan fic awesomeness! I'm squeeing at the potential.
