Just wanted to post and say I'm having the same problems. Still haven't figured out a solution... I can't bind the mouse buttons or mouse wheel, as swtor doesn't recognize them as being pressed. Also, I have a voodoo keyboard and I have similar problems with the peripheral "L1" "R1" type buttons.

I just wanted to add another voice to this thread. I really want a hood on my Twi-Lek, and it has caused me to stop playing my current character and change. Please add hood functionality to Twi-Leks!
