Could someone post a good 2.0 leveling spec?

Will any if this change with 2.0. Have any of the trees gained an advantage over the others?

The Jedi Knight Trainer on Belsavis is wearing some very cool armour. Anyone know if this exists in game and what it is?

I wanted them for the look. The chest piece is White and grey and I assume the legs have the same colour scheme. I just wanted to match them up.

I'm looking for Fortified Paristeel Greaves. http://db.darthhater.com/items/7849/fortified_transparisteel_greaves/#reward-from The a above link has them as a quest reward for Proof of Treason from Alderran, however I did this quest and all it gave me was an armour mod, a lock box or a commendation. Any idea where to get theses greaves?
