I am starting to think that its broken to hybrid specs too since im atm playing with a 0/25/16 build and i have never seen 1 tremor buff or tk momentum proc, but when i was lvling i was using a full tk spec and then i was seeing procs pretty often tbh and i was thinking that it would be a good dmg boost to a hybrid spec and thats why i went 0/25/16 but since then not 1 proc

I'm having problems with this too, but its more with Tremors, I went a hybrid spec 0/25/16 and I went for tremors for the nice bonus increase when using TK Wave since my spec is made around using TK Throw to get Presence of Mind proc and use TK wave. But the problem is that I never get Tremors to proc from TK Wave but i get it to proc from Disturbance almost every time I use it. Also I havnt seen TK Momentum proc from my TK Wave yet either :S
