just wanted to express .. that this game has been disapointing to me... after today i wont be able to post.. and hope that maybe for others it gets better... i'll admit im just a swg fanboy.. and was hoping this would fill my sw crave.. its not.

not rage quiting.. just quiting.. this game is not what i expected.. and the community here is awefull... the communication is very bad...

I would sugest to all to try Moon Breakers for the mean time.. its free to play and will give u some piloting fun while we wait for some type of feed back or better space combat.

Which part of it did you want implemented? The part where you needed a flight joystick to play it to the best of it's abilities? Really, any real flight sim will of course beat a rail shooter, but you can't ask Bioware to add something in game that requires more than what the average gamer has to play it correctly. Especially because MMO's thrive on mass appeal, not niche appeal. Rail shooters have mass appeal because they have easy controls and all you need is your keyboard and mouse. Flightsims have niche appeal because you actually need to spend money on hardware to experience it to the fullest. And all 'flightsims' that do it differently all fall short in fun factor compared to simple rail shooters (mouse flying is an abomination, that is my honest opinion). I just wanted to comment on this part... I played SWG from beggining to end and the only part of the game i ever enjoyed and spent countless hours on was JTL. But having to buy a flight stick is not true... many of the best pilots across the servers used the keyboard and mouse.. The mouse actually gave a edge during pvp because of the twichy reactions made it harder to track. Yes i went out and bought a saitek stick and throttle... but only because it made me feel more like a pilot.. nothing more. dont take this as an attack.. im just pointing out a fact from a game im familiar with.. star fox on the other hand.. never played it.

again with jtl swg... but hey it was a blast... but i loved the crafting and re'ing of components... the crafting in this game might work well and we could custimize our ships. Im not saying add more ships, just allow us to customize color and maybe some cool stickers on them. also let us re ship parts.. put mod slots on them.. but have sacrifices for energy, power of weapons, speed, armoring.. things like that .. just an idea but more ships would be cool

i miss flying my squints .. im only playing this game because it is starwars.. and hoping that something better for space is comming My toons on swg were Farce an imp flying 50k tie int and 40k tie and macioni flying pvp with the bwing.. before it was cool.. both on Bria .. i miss that game
