CRAP....I thought it was going to be a Real Time analyzer. For example; you run the game in Window Mode with the Analyzer collecting the data from the log and presenting to you. That would be nice but may be against the ToS.

Increase FPS update method !!!! works 100 %
Pythium replied to Wardrope's topic in General Discussion
Every time I try to do this it gives me the message "Access Denied." My priority is set to "Normal" and I want to move it higher to see if it does change anything. Any advice on how to change? -

Mechanics we loved but don't exist anymore

Asheron's Call....ohhhhh how I miss the MMO that broke my cherry. If there could ever be a game like that again, but I fear never again. -
I rolled, purposely, on a Heavy Load server in the beginning. Since then my server has been classified as Standard. I've been through launch with several games and I've seen servers go from populated to dead. That being said, I too would like to see BW do something to increase population (preferably merges). I've seen people comment that it's too early because an influx of new players may require new servers again. Easy fix. Just reopen new servers again. I love a crowded, fight for your kill/ quest server. It puts an addition twist on game-play. Just my thoughts.

Were Server Mergers Mentioned at the Guild Summit?
Pythium replied to Pythium's topic in General Discussion
I can't argue with that and I don't necessarily disagree, but BW could at least give some answers. If I need to reroll on a new HEAVY populated server, I will, but I don't want to if mergers are going to happen. And I own and operate a successful business, so I do know a little about how business works. -
Were Server Mergers Mentioned at the Guild Summit?
Pythium replied to Pythium's topic in General Discussion
I can understand BW not answering every question that forum posters ask, but this topic seems to be one of the biggest. A simple yes or no, a brief explanation, then move on. It's not that much to ask. Even though I'm more of a solo player, a new launch with tons of people running around is pretty important to me. Hell, I don't mind fighting for quest objectives. Puts another spin on the game. -
Title says it all. I think I see this topic more than anything else and was wondering if BW has given any information on it. I personally rolled on a Heavy server at Launch because even with the Queue, once you're in game, you see other people running around. I barely see that now. Tks.

[HOWTO - RAMDRIVE] Increasing SWTOR System Performance
Pythium replied to Lemon_King's topic in General Discussion
Any help with improving performance on Ilum? CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz RAM: 4GB GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+ OS: Windows Vista™ Ultimate 64 Bit I know the comp. is a little outdated, but it ran AoC with no problems during Sieges. I have no problems anywhere else in-game (Fleet, WZ's, FP or OPs), but Ilum is brutal (3-5 fps). And, yes, I have all graphic settings set to low. Thanks -

High end computer in 2006; but I have run every game, including Age of Conan, without FPS issues. I play this game fine except Ilum (3-5 fps). So I stand on the outskirts of the Ops group, get my coms and leave. I think Ilum would be fun but not in its current laggy state.

From reading the various RAMDRIVE threads, I thought that was the whole purpose. Maybe I'm just an idiot.
