I played only a bit during an Open Beta Weekend and I wonder if there's a way to switch sides e.g. surrender to the Dark Side as a Jedi, betray Republic and join the Empire or vice versa. I remember EQII had such an option.

I've just fired up SWG:ANH yesterday and almost wept. My good old SWG. Just the way it was in my first days in 2003. Loved it. Infortunately the place is deserted so far, but hey, oportunity to relive it still exists.

BTW: I've seen the server I beta-tested on... I wonder if there's something left on it from my beta days

I'm getting my hands onto Collector's Edition tomorrow, but I'm afraid Europe got shorter end of stick again (no servers up and running) and all I'll be able to do will be watching the Darth Malgus statue
