  1. I wanted to give Treek a different blaster rifle but ended up removing it and trying to put back his default one. The default one is "Treek's Bowcaster". I'm on my Sith Warrior character and when I try to change it I get the following error:

     

    "You do not have the required class to use that item"

     

    It's like it's trying to equip my main character with the weapon and not Treek.

  2. Things like a starship stronghold of some kind would be awesome. Wouldn't be able to use it outside of that like actually replace the character starship since it's used in so many cut scenes and having to modify every cut scene plus accommodate decorations would be unfeasible.

     

    As far as new playable races there are a multitude of threads on the subject but essentially they only add new playable races I'd they meet the following criteria:

     

     

    1. Must speak basic
    2. Must work with all existing romance scenes ( aka have a human like face)
    3. Must work with all existing armor sets
    4. Must physically fit within all cutscenes.

     

    Due to this species, like wookie would not become a playable race and are regulated to companion status only.

  3. Set a limit to GTN. Currently the limit is set to to high. Lower the cap to like 10 million credits or even 99 million at the most.

     

    Also one thing I would like to see on the GTN is to undercut. So for example if you set it to 10% and someone posts an item for 100,000 credits, the GTN will auto set the price to under cut it by 10% to 90,000 for example.

  4. TBH others would simply charge more. If I knew F2P / Preferred players had more credits on them, I would just increase my prices to match. If players can spend more, I can make more. It's just simple logic. Hence why players charge so much to begin with.
  5. Update Ran my Pub side lvl 70+ Trooper thru the Veteran level again the crate blue in colour was in the room up the ramp from Lord Revans cage.. and near the exit point to a shuttle. Again we open the Box and there was no HK Loyalty chip to interact with.. We had inventory slots available in booth our mission section and in our basic items bag . this is very weird.

     

    I've never gotten the chip through veteran or master mode because I've never ran those in those modes. I've always gotten the chip in story mode when I do try to get it. So may want to try that.

  8. My only gripe with KotFE and KotET was just the flood of companions. Personally the only change I would make would be that instead of getting 80 companions that don't speak outside their into would be to just make it to where you lose your original companions as before and then have to go and get them back through the story.

     

    Maybe add 1 or 2 new ones but the massive flood of all these I feel was over kill. Maybe there would be more dialogue in that setup instead with the companions we have.

  9. Depends on the ISP’s peering arrangements. Also Bioware use a few different ISPs to connect the servers to the internet.

     

    From everything I’ve read on social media and the forums, it seems everyone with a problem is on the same ISP.

     

    Sounds like an issue with the patch spectrum customers are using to get to the severs. That alone says it's not a Bioware or server issue but somewhere an issue with a 3rd party provider that's providing the routing to the servers.

  10. well that rule isn't consistently applied, if that was the case then we'd all be updating threads from 2017

     

    There are tens of thousands of threads and the number of community managers and direct communication has increased recently has they have more people now then before on the forums.

     

    Will they eventually at some point go through and merge threads, sure but that takes time and something to do manually. They only be focused on doing this for threads they have responded to recently or there may be a specific order.

     

    Either way, if your seeing a pattern of threads deleted because of a policy, making a new one isn't going to change or get things done faster by making a new thread over and over again.

  11. nautolan dark side corruption defaults as off and will not activate in the outfit designer tabs, the only way to turn it on is to spend CC at the appearance designer.

     

    if they added it to the known issues list at least its been acknowledged, the fact that they wont indicates they have no intention or lack the abilities to fix it.

     

    I really don't know why it was removed from the known issues list in the first place.

    Thanks for the report about the "Show Dark Side Corruption" bug with Nautolan characters.

     

    Our team is currently looking into it. We'll update you when we have more information to share.

     

    So they are already aware of the issue. So they are already aware of the issue and have ackowledged as such.

     

    As for fixing it that's a matter of priority and what their resources are. The more game breaking the bug, the higher the priority.

     

    While the work around may not be ideal, since there is one it's not at a higher priority list compared to a bug that says breaks a boss encounter in a flashpoint or Ops.

  12. New patch = new thread. its still not fixed even though customer support claim it should have been fixed in 6.3.

     

    I think the only thing i've been able to find where a dev acknowledged the bug was a post from 2019 saying something along the lines of "I thought we fixed that"

     

    2 years later and still not fixed or even added to the known issues list indicates to me that they're ignoring it and abusing their position to prevent discussions about it.

     

    Selling a product and not making people aware that the product will not work as intended is illegal and that includes digital items, it really crosses the line from morally wrong to illegal when said companies charge real money to activate a feature that should be active from the point of purchase.

     

    That's not how it works. New patch does not mean new thread. It's their forums and their rules and their rules state to not create duplicate threads.

     

    If you need to bring attention to an issue, then post in the original thread to move it back to top of page one. Rules state no duplicate threads and that any duplicates can be deleted or merged.

     

    Constantly creating a new thread every time a patch comes out, is like repeatedly pressing the crosswalk button hoping it will change faster. It won't, only responds to the first push.
